What happens after you reach out
- Within one business day, an engineer calls to ask about your staff, locations, the software you depend on and what's frustrating you today.
- We schedule an assessment: a visit to your office in Cherokee County plus a read-only review of your network, devices, Microsoft 365 and backups.
- You get a short written summary of what we found, ranked by risk, and a fixed monthly price for ongoing support.
- If you go ahead, we plan the handover with your current provider or in-house person so nothing is dropped on the way in.
